We live in a time where we can use Google to learn how to do almost anything. Property buyers and sellers are very savvy consumers today so many traverse the intricacies of buying and/or selling real estate on their own. I liken that  to a woman delivering her own baby. She can certainly do it herself but is that her best option? I'd dare to say that you answered "ABSOLUTELY NOT"! 

It's true that the real estate industry has drastically changed. Real estate agents are no longer the primary means of finding a property for a buyer nor a buyer for a property. But, it's important that people accept the fact that although a layman can attempt a professionals discipline, it usually results in more time, trouble and money.
